According to the form of blade, it can be divided into fixed blade, semi-adjustable blade and fully regulated blade; according to the form of foundation, it can be divided into single foundation and double foundation, and the axial thrust of motor is generally borne by pump or motor. For large and medium-sized axial flow pumps, the impeller chamber adopts a split-half structure. The suction mode can be wet pit type, and the elbow inlet channel can be used for large axial flow pump.

Most of the shaft seals of the pump are packing seals, and the water guide bearings can be configured in a variety of configurations according to the requirements of users, with polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber guide bearings as the standard configuration, and Sailong guide bearings as common configuration in sea water. The lubrication of the water guide bearing can be determined according to the water quality, and the good water quality can be directly lubricated by the water of the pump body itself. if there are particles or sand shafts in the water quality, a protective pipe can be set up to connect the clean industrial water lubricated water guide bearing to prolong the service life of the sleeve and bearing.

The axial flow pump has the advantages of low lift and large flow. It is mostly used for urban drainage and farmland irrigation, and the running time is short.
