PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The pneumatic diaphragm pump has a simple and highly reliable air reversing valve, which enables the whole diaphragm pump system to achieve maximum reliability under various application conditions.

The reversing valve is divided into three-way pilot valve, which can ensure that the real meaning is not sticky, and all parts can be replaced without opening the liquid cavity.

The aluminum parts are anodized and coated with epoxy coating, which can resist the corrosion of unclean air.

The reversing shaft is an integrated structure, which ensures concentricity and makes the action more smooth.

Add a filter to ensure the normal operation of the air motor.

The guide block is made of ceramic or stainless steel to adapt to different occasions.

The piston end cover adopts non-screw structure and is easy to install.

External air motor for easy maintenance.

Engineering plastics are used to save resources.

Compared with other diaphragm pumps, there are very few moving parts.

A reversing valve is suitable for pumps of various specifications.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

Convenient maintenance: reducing internal volume can reduce waste, easy to clean stainless steel bolts can resist corrosion, and can provide reasonable positioning for easy reassembly.

Unique patented air valve: three-way control valve can achieve non-blocking operation, all parts can be easily external maintenance, no need for air line lubrication.

Precision matching parts: the bearing at the wear-resistant end ensures the correct positioning of the valve stem and is easy to replace.

Protected vents: all vents use a common end seal that prevents indoor liquefied gases from eroding the air motor and facilitates loading or unloading operations.

Strong external structure: the corrosion-resistant structure prevents leakage and ensures the replacement of clean fluids, the aluminum center parts are epoxy coated, and the corrosion-resistant center parts are made of 316 stainless steel.

Fluid compatibility: materials available for housing include aluminum, stainless steel, ductile iron, polypropylene, conductive acetal or Kynar fluoropolymers.
